I am a certified agent who is available to notarize your vital paperwork wherever and whenever you need it.  They'll be a time when you'll need to authenticate a document. Maybe real estate documents, a business agreement, a power of attorney, a will, a bill of sale, etc.  For the notarization of these documents, you need a notary public, meaning you have to take some time out of your ever-busy day. It's more frustrating when they don't readily have a signing agent available.
